Jaime Paredes and Emma Marin

Jaime Paredes and Emma Marin come from humble beginnings and have a huge desire and passion to create positive change in society.  Emma graduated from Loyola Marymount with a B.A. degree in Art and completed her teaching credential from California State Dominguez Hills.  She began her career as an elementary school teacher in South Central Los Angeles where she taught for over 8 years.  While teaching, she realized that her students faced many socioeconomic challenges outside of the classroom which impacted their learning and overall success.  Wanting to address these external challenges, she was introduced to and decided to enter the financial services industry. She now finds solutions to help end the cycle of poverty by helping to educate struggling families to create an enduring Legacy that would continue to support and empower the children she was inspired to teach.

Jaime worked as a General Manager in the health and fitness arena for 10 years training and supervising many employees.  Realizing that the lack of financial fitness causes the majority of the stress in a household, he shifted his focus to training and building people to help them create their own wealth.  Having been introduced to Legacy, both Jaime and Emma have been able to realize their dreams of helping others while creating a business that gives them full control of how they invest their time and money.
