Joel and Susean Ruiz

Joel & Suesean Ruiz come from an entrepreneurial background having owned a Real Estate Agency for 9 years as well as a restaurant for 5 years.  In the time that they have been in business with Legacy Full Circle they have attained the position of Executive Director of Agencies.
