Q: What would be the next step if I wanted to get more information about your services?
Contact Legacy to have one of our trained agents review your personal situation. Recommendations are specifically designed to meet your needs and goals. Your Legacy agent will help you understand your options so that you can make the best choice for yourself and your family.
Q. How do I know that the companies you work with are credible companies?
Legacy is very careful in selecting the companies we partner with. You are able to review the credibility and strength of our product providers by visiting the following websites:
A.M. Best (www.ambest.com)
Standard & Poor's Corporation (www.standardandpoors.com)
Q. How experienced are your agents?
Legacy has a great training program that allows agents to conduct financial reviews only after they have completed the following:
1. Achieved their life license 2. Have successfully completed a one week program 3. Completed 10 on the field live instruction with our most senior licensed agents 4. Successfully have displayed that they can deliver a presentation, conduct a needs assessment, identify goals, analyze the information, and determine the best options for the family/individual.
*Throughout and after the training program, our associates are continuously guided and mentored by our leadership team. You can read about our leadership team, their backgrounds and experience by clickling on the "About Legacy - > Leadership Team" tab of our website.
Q. Do you only conduct the financial reviews at your office?
Financial reviews are most commonly done at a family's home, however you are more than welcomed to come to our Legacy office. Reviews are done at various hours throughout the day including evenings and weekends. If you are married we suggest that you both are present for the review.
